At Nux Supplies, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when products can be returned, how returns are processed, and when refunds may be available.
This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returning Unwanted Items
We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, products must:
• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Be suitable for resale
• Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Returned items will be inspected before any refund is approved.
How to Arrange a Return

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for returning products to a Nux Supplies location.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products are non-returnable unless faulty, damaged on delivery or supplied incorrectly:
• Opened liquid products
• Opened resins
• Opened primers
• Opened coatings
• Opened adhesives
• Opened sealants
• Products with broken manufacturer seals
• Bespoke or custom-made products
• Special-order products sourced specifically for a customer
• Products that have been cut, mixed, altered or modified
• Products that have deteriorated due to improper storage or handling after delivery
• Liquid Products
Liquid products must remain sealed and unopened to qualify for return.
For health, safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of liquid products once they have been opened unless the product is faulty.
Special-Order Products
Products specifically ordered, manufactured or sourced for a customer may not be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
If you are unsure whether a product is considered a special-order item, please contact us before placing your order.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery or collection.
Any issues relating to:
• Damaged goods
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to assist with our investigation.
Faulty Products
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights relating to faulty goods.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request:
• Photographs
• Product information
• Batch numbers
• Return of the product for inspection
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
This may include:
• Replacement
• Repair
• Refund
Return Delivery Costs
Unless a product is faulty, damaged on delivery or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the costs of returning products.
Nux Supplies is not responsible for return transport costs unless agreed otherwise.
Restocking Charges
In certain circumstances, Nux Supplies reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking charge.
This may apply where returned products require:
• Inspection
• Repackaging
• Cleaning
• Additional handling
Any restocking charge will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Once returned products have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow sufficient time for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
Customers purchasing online may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Subject to any applicable legal exemptions, consumers may be entitled to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
