Delivery Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is typically 2–5 working days from confirmation of your order.

Whilst we will always aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If there is likely to be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Delivery Charges

• Weight of goods
• Delivery requirements
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is made.
Delivery Dates
Any delivery dates or estimated delivery windows provided by Nux Supplies are estimates only.
Whilst we will always use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Partial Deliveries
Where part of an order is unavailable, we may:
• Deliver available items first
• Deliver remaining items separately
• Arrange a back-order

Delivery Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery vehicles can safely access the delivery location.
Please ensure:
• Access routes are suitable for delivery vehicles
• Delivery instructions are accurate
• Any access restrictions are communicated in advance
If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the delivery.
Safe Unloading
Customers must ensure that a safe unloading area is available.
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery where unloading would be unsafe or could cause damage to persons, vehicles or property.
Where delivery cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, additional delivery charges may apply.
Failed Deliveries
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to:
• Customer absence
• Incorrect address details
• Restricted access
• Unsafe unloading conditions
we may need to rearrange delivery.
Additional delivery or administration charges may apply.
Inspecting Your Goods
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
Any issues relating to:
• Damaged goods
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to assist with our investigation.
Collection Orders
Customers may choose to collect orders from our premises where collection is available.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation from us.
Proof of purchase and identification may be required.
Collection Period
Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification that they are ready.
Orders not collected within this period may be:
• Cancelled
• Returned to stock
• Subject to a reasonable restocking charge
Any remaining balance will be refunded using the original payment method.
